Setelah sekian lama, saya kembali ke dunia blogging dengan satu isu menarik mengenai seorang ahli parlimen PKR. Siapalah lagi kalau bukan YB Gobalakrishnan @ gangster PKR.

Saya sertakan satu surat aduan dari pejabat PKR Cabang Kulim Bandar Baharu terhadap YB Gobalakrishnan dimana beliau telah menceroboh bilik setiausaha pejabat MPKK dan menunjukkan aksi hebat gangster beliau kepada pegawai disana.

Beliau turut membawa konco-konco dan anak beliau untuk membuat kecoh di pejabat tersebut. Saya tidak faham mengapa beliau bertindak begitu ganas dalam isu penjaja ini dimana beliau boleh berbincang dengan pegawai berkenaan. Inikah perangai MP yang perlu menjaga kepentingan masyarakat. Beliau hanya hendak mencari publisiti dan suka membuat kecoh untuk kepentingan sendiri beliau. Saya berpendapat anak beliau atau kawan-kawan beliau merupakan penjaja di kawasan tersebut dimana beliau dapat komisyen dari keuntungan mereka

YB Gobala juga bertindak kasar kepada pihak polis dimana beliau perlu menyelesaikan isu ini dengan damai. Beliau juga perlu menghormati pihak Polis yang tiba untuk meleraikan kekecohan yang berlaku.

Inilah perangai YB Gobala yang x berkhidmat untuk rakyat tetapi hanya tau untuk membuat kecoh. Saya rasa bagi beliau gelaran YB tu bukan "Yang Berhormat" tapi "Yang Berkecoh"

Bukan sahaja isu ini, saya juga pernah mendengar desas desus bahawa YB Gobala merupakan seorang perogol. Tetapi saya tidak tahu sejauh mana khabar angin ini benar. Say juga berharap khabar angin ini tidak benar tetapi kalau dibuktikan benar, saya tidak tahu nak cakap macam mana.

Inilah perangai ADUN dan MP PKR dimana kebanyakan mereka disabitkan dengan pelbagai kesalahan.Rakyat tidak akan tertipu lagi dengan gimik Pakatan Rakyat yang hanya membuat janji-janji kosong.

Sebenarnya sebelum saya menulis blog ni, saya agak keliru kerana saya merupakan seorang penyokong Barisan Nasional tetapi surat ini dikirimkan kepada saya oleh seorang sahabat dari parti Keadilan. Mungkin sahabat tersebut tidak dapat tahan lagi dengan perangai YB (Yang Berkecoh) Gobala.

Saya berharap semua yang membaca blog ini untuk berfikir sejenak mengenai masa depan negara kita jika Pakatan Rakyat diberi kuasa menjadi kerajaan persekutuan. Banyak lagi pejabat kerajaan akan diceroboh masuk. Kalau beliau boleh bertindak kasar dengan pihak Polis dan pegawai kerajaan, apakah nasib rakyat?

Action to be taken against Hindraf: Deputy Home Minister

Deputy Home Minister Senator Datuk Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh said Thursday the Government will take action against the Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf) under the Societies Act 1966 for causing a disturbance during the Hari Raya function hosted by the Prime Minister and Muslim Cabinet ministers at the Putra World Trade Centre in Kuala Lumpur last Wednesday.

He said action would be taken soon on Hindraf, its committee, and members, even though the organisation was not registered.

“Action will be taken. We have many alternatives. Under the Act, whether the organisation is legal or not, it is still an organisation. If it is not legal, action will be taken based on the provisions for an illegal organisation, unless if it is legal then action will be taken under the proper provisions,” he said.

Wan Ahmad Farid said this when asked to comment on calls by several quarters that action be taken against Hindraf for their ‘rudeness’ at the function on the first day of Hari Raya. Wan Ahmad Farid said the Government through the Home Ministry would not hesitate to take action against an illegal organisation as it had to follow the law.

”When it comes to the law, there must be no delay. Whatever action taken has to follow procedure and legal channels. What is clear in this matter is that whoever breaks the law must face action,” he said.

Wan Farid Ahmad, however, declined to state what action will be taken aginst Hindraf.

He said when action is taken, Hindraf cannot blame the Government, or allege that it had not been given opportunity to voice its views. - Bernama

Xavier Jayakumar –Still in Kindergarden

As most of you all know , this issue has been brought up by MIC president,Datuk Sri S.Samy Vellu few days back. Pemuda MIC Selangor even made Police report on this incident.

Now , Selangor state goverment is trying to "wash" their hands over this matter.

Our brother in Selangor state government , Dr Xavier Jayakumar said this to Malaysiakini earlier. ( my questions/comments in RED )
The Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) ordered the demolition of the 19-year old Sri Maha Kaliamman temple without the knowledge or directive of the Selangor state government. ( Is this how you guys run a state government? Dont know what is happening at grassroot level. Only kindergarden kids give answers like this , Saya Tak Tahu! )

He said the temple was also not registered with the Selangor state council. ( If it is not registered,it wont be taken care/protected? Good Answer !Pity those temples who have not registered yet! Beware of temple destroyer)

And it is not a temple, it is a shrine which it is located on a forest reserve. (It is just a shrine??? I have no comments on this. I leave my brothers in Hindraf or any other brother from Pakatan Rakyat to answer this statement themselves!! )
I must say Indian voters who supported Dr.Xavier Jayakumar during last General Election must be very proud!!

I can keep on asking 1001 question in this same issue. But I leave the questions AND answers to my good readers, for, they are the best judge in this reality show.

I don’t know how this man can give childish statements on the temple issue in Ampang. And Im still thinking where Manickavasagam went and hide.U all are great liers and gain votes with ur cheap lies. Now u guys cant run away and giving stupid reasons.I think you need a tuition class in order to improve your IQ. After this please go and find solutions to stop the temple demolishing. I think I have to stop here.

Samy Vellu's efforts appreciated

Dr M Kalaivani and B Buvaneswary, the wives of K Kenghadharan and V Ganabatirau, respectively recorded their appreciation for MIC president S Samy Vellu and other quarters who are pushing for the five's release.

Commenting on the statements by certain quarters who questioned the "integrity and sincerity" of Samy Vellu in declaring he had met with Abdullah and sought the release of the Hindraf leaders, Kalaivani said her family’s only wish was to see her husband's return.

"I'm sure it’s the same for the other detainees as well and we sincerely hope that no individuals would continue questioning the integrity of any leaders or individuals from any party or question why they are asking for the release of our husbands.

"We appreciate the efforts taken by anybody to secure the release of our husbands, and we sincerely hope that the prime minister, the Deputy Prime Minister (Najib Abdul Razak) and the Home Minister (Syed Hamid Albar) would seriously consider their release very soon," she said.

Kalaivani said her husband was being treated well and was provided with the necessary medical attention at the Kamunting Detention Centre.

"We would like to thank the government for having looked after my husband well. He has not had any problems with medication so far, and I’m thankful for that," she added.

Commenting on the anti-ISA vigil planned for tomorrow night, she said as long as the organisers have obtained the required permits to ensure the gathering is legal, she appreciates the effort of all quarters to highlight the plight of her husband and other Hindraf leaders.

"If they are going to do it legally, if they've got a permit, I really appreciate the efforts taken by these individuals. The vigil will be peaceful, so I don't think there is anything wrong with it - as long as they do it legally," she said.

Echoing her statements, Buvaneswary said she too disagreed with the planned gathering at Abdullah's Hari Raya open house as it may be detrimental to her husband’s chances of being released.

Contending that the rallies organised after the detention of the Hindraf five had deviated into becoming 'anti-government' rallies, Buvaneswary said they were defeating the purpose of highlighting the problems of the Indian community.

She said her husband had also told her to call for an end to such rallies.

"Who are these people to call for rallies? If our husbands wanted these rallies, their wish would be conveyed through us because we are their wives. What are the Hindraf coordinators trying to do now?"

"If you want the Hindraf five to be released, there are other methods of seeking this," she added.

ISA detainees' wives: Hindraf has changed

The struggle of the Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf) is different now compared to when it started some 10 months ago under the leadership of the five who are currently under Internal Security Act (ISA) detention, said the wives of two leaders today.

Dr M Kalaivani and B Buvaneswary, the wives of K Kenghadharan and V Ganabatirau, respectively, said they were not comfortable with the direction in which the movement has taken.

Speaking at a press conference in Kelana Jaya, Kalaivani said aside from the goal of obtaining the release of the Hindraf leaders, what is of utmost importance is that the Indian community's problems are alleviated.

Both these goals can be affected without rallies planned by those now coordinating Hindraf activities.

On the contrary, they said the rallies may actually serve to harm the chances of the five's release.

"What I know from my husband, the struggle was different in the beginning and it seems to have taken a different turn at the present moment. I was not involved in Hindraf at all so I cannot comment on what their principles were," said Kalaivani.

"(But) from what we see in the present leadership, we’re not very comfortable with it," she added.

Citing plans by Hindraf to gather 10,000 people at Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi's Hari Raya open house later next month, she said this would serve as a form of ‘intimidation’ rather than anything else.

Asked if her husband insisted on supporting the movement along such lines in the even he is released, Kalaivani said she would not support him.

"I feel that there are a lot of ways to help the community. You would have to ask my husband, but ... I would not support him if this is how the struggle is going to be.

"I personally feel there is a lot of other ways to continue helping the community, and this we would definitely do.

"If fact, I might even join him to do it together (if he chooses other means of helping the Indian community)," she said.

I even dowan to put a MR salutation in front of ur word bcoz i feel ur a cheap person.Who the hell are you to ask Dato Seri Samy Vellu to kneel and beg for forgiveness.He is brave enough to meet the PM.Not like ur leader who are hiding in London.I think u went mad after PR plan to form the new government failed.And for that u go and ask DSAI to kneel to all PR supporters.

What have you done for the community? You think by having meeting in Sentul and wearing Hindraf badge can solve all the problems is it?You even dont have a right to talk about MIC and Dato Seri.

If you don't like what Dato Seri S Samy Vellu is doing, just keep shut, and stay a side. Just see what Dato Seri is doing. Listen this, Dato Seri S Samy vellu is doing what you all suppose to do. If you have guts go and meet the PM. Don’t waste money on printing banner and use small children to gain sympathy. Atleast you should use the money to help Vasantha Kumar’s family when their house came to auction.Where were you that time?

I think you solve the problem between HIndraf and Makkal Sakhti first before looking into other matter.Look at your issues first. If Dato Seri can make the release the Hindraf 5 out from detention, I think better you guys go and find a good ropes to hang.

Go and argue with PR leaders about the temple demolished by MPAJ.Why u guys dowan to give any press statement? Go and argue with DSAI and find a good solution.Oh ya ..I forgot that he is busy creating another lie for all of you.Juz wait for his new date of new government formation.

Indian folk back to seek help

Many Indian voters in the country who abandoned the MIC during the March 8 general election are now turning back to the party.

Hundreds of people had started thronging the party’s offices everyday, knowing that only the MIC could help them.

The Indian community has realised that it needed to have a close relationship with the Federal Government through the MIC in order to improve its livelihood.

They admit to having been confused and in disarray, that they were influenced into voting for the Opposition

MIC has an administration, offices and an experienced leadership, and has continued looking after the people despite having lost in the elections.

AIMST-New Look, New Beat

Another history of Malaysian Indians was formed on 17th of August 2008. The launching of inspiring AIMST by the Prime Minister of Malaysia in a very grand manner. I believe this was this one of the greatest achivement of MIC and Malaysian Indians. The crowd who witnessed the event was delighted with the superb planning. I was very proud to be part of this historic event.

AIMST is a private university formed by Maju Institute of Educational Development (MIED), MIC's education arm, on March 15 2001. It was conferred university status in April 2007. Its first campus was set up in Aman Jaya here where 24 three-storey shoplots were used as their school.

The university currently has 2,300 undergraduates pursuing Bachelor’s degree courses in medicine and health sciences, dentistry, engineering and computer technology, applied sciences and business and management.

MIC president Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu said the idea to build a university was mooted when he noticed that many qualified students were not given places in public universities.

Also present were Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin, Human Resources Minister Datuk Dr S. Subramaniam, AIMST vice-chancellor Prof Geoffrey Smith, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman chairman Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik, State Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs committee V. Arumugam, who represented Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Azizan Abdul Razak, and other party leaders.

I urged each and every Indian in this country to visit this world class university because this is our lifetime success and achievement.

Teacher had been let off the hook

MIC Youth’s education bureau is not happy that a teacher who hurled stinging racial remarks at her students had been let off the hook.

Malaysia Nanban said that the 35-year-old teacher of SMK Telok Panglima Garang had been transferred to a school nearer her house and the bureau argued that it was not a form of punishment at all.

Bureau chief M. Saravanan said the issue touched on racial sentiments and referred to the Indian community as a whole.

He said the teacher’s apology to the students and parents involved did not diminish the gravity of her action.

Saravanan said action taken by the ministry must serve as a strong lesson for other educators.

He said the teacher had tarnished the dignity and professionalism of her profession and was not qualified to be an educator.

He suggested that the teacher openly apologised to all quarters through the media.

PTPTN SERVICE CHARGE DOWN TO ONE PER CENT BEGINNING JUNE

The Cabinet today agreed to reduce the service charge for study loans given by the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) to one per cent for all university students effective June this year.

The PTPTN service charge earlier was three per cent for first degree courses and five per cent for post-graduate courses.

RM3 million to assist Young Indian Entrepreneurs

The Government has allocated RM3mil to help young Indian entrepreneurs develop their businesses, MIC president Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu said.

He said that assistance would be channelled through Tekun Nasional, a body under the Entrepreneur and Cooperative Development Ministry, and the MIC-owned Social Strategic Foundation (YSS).

Speaking to reporters after a briefing by Tekun managing director Datuk Abdul Rahim Hassan here yesterday, Samy Vellu said that three Indian businessmen aged below 40 had been approved a RM10,000 loan each to develop their businesses.

“No one should come and say that the Government has not done anything for the Indian community. There are opportunities available,” Samy Vellu said.

He said the MIC and YSS would also organise workshops in the respective states over the next two months to disseminate information on Tekun to youths.

Abdul Rahim said that Tekun, which was set up in 1998, had already disbursed RM90mil to bumiputras to develop their businesses and was expanding it to Indian youths.

He said a decision on applications would be made within 14 days if all the documents were in order.

“Tekun will request additional allocation from the Government if the RM3mil is inadequate,” he said.

Come in to help us Improve

Hi i am reading a lot of blogs and group discussion about the downfall of MIC. I agree we did not perform well but i guess there is a lot young bloods outside the party are giving some good ideas in order to improve MIC operations.I should thank them for the ideas but what's the point of talking outside? Y dont you all come in and change ou entire image of MIC. I am suprised why they are wacking us left and right when the others who are from different political party can sit together even they did not want to merge. I think you should put a stop on wacking MIC and come with a new plans where all of us join hands together and show others that we are united.

People asked me why you are still dying for MIC? I replied that if PAS,DAP and Keadilan supporters think like this then they would not gain this major victory today. I believe in patience and things will work on our favour.So give us some time as we are improving.
